Bio Mitchell Moss, with more than twenty years of real estate experience in the retail, industrial, office and residential sectors, is the sole owner and leader of the nearly 40 member staff of the Montreal-based full-service real estate development/management firm. Moss’ main objective for the company is the successful value creation and redevelopment of real estate projects in the Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto areas. As sole owner of Montreal-based Crofton Moore, Moss has established a twenty-year stellar reputation in the real estate industry. He leads an accomplished team of professionals in the industrial, retail, office and residential sectors of the business. A graduate of McGill University in 1986 with an MBA degree, he is an active member of several real estate associations including UDI, ICSC, BOMA and ACAIQ. The company’s real estate ventures continue to excel because of Moss’ business acumen and the well respected management team at his side.

Bio A real estate veteran with over fifteen years solid experience in the industry, Taylor is responsible for all leasing activities for properties within the Crofton portfolio. Prior to joining Crofton she acquired her expertise in retail real estate, having worked with two major commercial real estate firms. She is an active member of ACAIQ, ICSC and CREW. She has a proven track record for leasing successes with Crofton over the last seven years and is an essential management team member.

Bio With more than ten years of experience in the area of property operations, Taylor is responsible for the daily operations of the properties presently under Crofton management. She exhibits successful hands-on management skills, determining initiatives as well as establishing and realizing company goals. Since joining Crofton more than six years ago, she has gained a reputation for completing projects on time and within budget guidelines. As such, she has proven to be a strong team leader and a valued asset to the company.

Bio With more than twenty years experience in the accounting field, including nearly nine years experience with Crofton, Cayer has become an esteemed member of the company’s management team. She is responsible for all aspects of accounting for the properties under Crofton management, and also oversees additional corporate accounting responsibilities.

Bio Erica Deschênes is responsible for receiving and processing all leasing inquiries in collaboration with the Vice-President of Leasing. She is an affiliated real estate agent and an active member of the professional real estate associations ICSC and ACAIQ. Prior to joining us, she previously worked with CB Richard Ellis for close to three years. Since her recent employment with Crofton, she is proving herself to be a welcomed asset to our leasing team.
