The Boulevard shopping centre is one of the first established shopping centres in Montreal, Quebec. The shopping centre is located at the intersection of Jean Talon and Pie IX Boulevard, which has a vehicular traffic flow of more than 60,000 cars per day.
The major renovations at the Centre are now complete. In addition to the recently opened Jean Coutu and New Look stores, as well as the recent relocation and expansion of Dollarama and expansion of Ardene, the Centre has also recently welcomed Urban Planet, La Senza, Suzy Shier and Subway as new tenants to the mall, among others.
